COR4Hire, LLC is a contractor company that provides businesses that operate in California with a Custodian of Records (COR) to assist with the management of their Applicant Agency Justice Connect (AAJC) fingerprint accounts.
California law provides certain businesses with the right to conduct fingerprint background checks and obtain criminal offender record information (CORI).
COR4Hire, LLC will help businesses with:
- Obtaining their Originating Case Identifier (ORI#)
- Establishing their AAJC account
- Maintaining and managing their AAJC account
- Setting up the proper policies and procedures with regards to handling CORI
- Training new and existing staff
- Getting applicants fingerprinted
My name is Sheri Wright and I am recently retired from DOJ. It was my job at DOJ to audit businesses that had an AAJC fingerprint account, as well as train CORs and Agency Heads on the proper management of these accounts. This uniquely qualifies me to bring these services directly to you. I’ve audited over 700 agencies statewide.
Helping businesses learn how to navigate through their AAJC fingerprint accounts and assisting them with maintaining compliance has been important to me. While doing this, I saw the need for businesses to obtain a well-qualified COR yet not have the availability to simply hire one. Now, I am happy that I can bring my knowledge and experience to you and your business.
